Approaching God in prayer

We have a great high priest! Jesus
the Son of God, Who ascended for us
into Heaven.

So let’s believe what we say we believe,
knowing our High Priest feels for us,
even in our weakest moments,
because He was tempted too –
just like you and me – but He
did not sin.

Believe it!

Then we can
approach God’s good graces
with bold confidence in Christ
and reliably receive the goodness
and mercy we need.

As I am plagued with chronic pain, and I writhe with migraines, I reminded by your prayer that Christ was tempted in his 40 days of solitude and remained pure.

Yes, and the angels ministered to His needs. May God strengthen and guide your work as a prayer warrior in the Name and Power of Jesus Christ.
